Another study also showed that blood sugar level was reduced by 31% after eating white bread. One tablespoon vinegar before bedtime reduces blood sugar in morning by 4%.

The most effective way is to reduce consumption of high cab meal and sugar but apple cider vinegar can also be proved a better solution.

5.) Treatment of Fungal infections

Fungal infections are difficult to treat and increasingly large number of fungal infections take too much time to cure.
