1. Drink Water Daily
Make water an essential part of your life. To keep hydrated yourself consume minimum 8 glass of water daily. If you are suffering from constipation, water is good for you.
Water keeps you energized, helps in lose weight and improves skin. Water makes you full whole day thus there is no need to eat to keep satisfied yourself. Therefore you will lose weight as no calories are consuming.

2. Include Fruits and Vegetables

Swimming is also a good alternative for arthritis or pregnant women. There is no need to maintain balance in water and you fill feel free.
