We all know that now a days aloevera is using widely for skin, hair treatment. Due to Aloevera’s natural anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, aloevera has effective impact on digestive system also.

Now a days there are various aloevera smoothies available in market. But the originality of aloevera is zero. In this article we will discuss home made aloevera smoothie. 

This original aloevera smoothie is beneficial for indigestion, constipation and heartburn also.This aloe vera smoothie is prepared with ginger, lemon, cinnamon, pineapple, banana and kefir- All ingredients help in promoting healthy digestive tract. 

Ginger helps in relieving nausea and heartburn. Lemon causes bile production which helps in movement of food through digestive tract. 

Cinnamon contains anti-oxidants, anti-bacterial properties drain out bad bacteria from body. Pineapple boosts immune system and pack with Vitamin C. 

Banana is loaded with fiber, potassium, magnesium and vitamins. kefir is pack with probiotics that help in promoting the growth of good bacteria.

Healthy Aloevera Juice Smoothie Recipe


  1. Aloevera juice: 2 ounces
  2. Kefir or Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  3. Banana Slices: 1/2 cup
  4. Pineapple chunks: 1 cup
  5. Ginger: 1 tbsp( Grated)
  6. Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 tbsp
  7.  Lemon : 1 (Optional)
  8. Coconut Water: 1/2 cup


First of all add all ingredients in a blender, lend them until smooth. Garnish with lemon to improve taste. Sprinkle cinnamon powder to boost flavor if required.
