1.) Water

  • 1 glass of water

  • lemon water (1 tbsp)

  • 1 tbsp honey


Firstly pour water in pan and heat it until water is lukewarm. Add lemon water and honey in lukewarm water. 

It is very best key to reduce belly fat. Thus repeat it daily until fat reduces.

2.) Barley water

Barley water also known as jua. To reduce the level of cholesterol in body it is enriched with a chemicals pronounced as tocols.

  • ¾ cup Barley or jua

  • 6 glass Water

  • 2 Lemon

  • 1 tbsp Salt

  • ½ cup honey


  1. Firstly soak barley in 1 glass of water for 8 hours.

  2. Drain water from above.

  3. Now add barley into 5 glass of water and pour them in cooker and place on steam until it turns smooth.

  4. Sieve the solution and add salt, honey and lemon.

  5. Cool the solution to room temeprature.

  6. Place the mixture into pot and refrigerate it for future use.
